Each charter has a unique and specific cancellation policy. Please read the cancellation policy in your confirmation after booking. If you do not agree with the cancelation policy after you book the charter please notify us immediately. Below are the typical charter cancellation policies for our fishing charters.
STANDARD CHARTER
A specified deposit amount is required at booking depending on which charter is booked and the balance is due the day of the trip. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the departure day and time, the deposit will be refunded in full to the customer. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of departure day and time, the customer will be billed the remaining balance of the cost of the charter plus catering and add-ons. Canceling due to inclement weather is up to the Captain’s discretion. If the captain cancels due to weather the deposit will be refunded in full less catering and add-ons.
All sales are final.
LUXURY CHARTER
50% deposit required at booking
Balance due 14 days prior to departure. If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to departure date and time, the deposit will be refunded back to the customer. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the departure day and time the customer will be billed the remaining balance of the cost of the charter plus catering and add-ons. Canceling due to inclement weather is up to the Captain’s discretion. If the captain cancels due to weather the deposit will be refunded in full less catering and add-ons.
